Briggs is a therapeutic harpist. She has been with us a couple of times in the
past and received rave reviews! This session will be an oasis of relaxation, reflection
and contemplation. Tami will share powerful stories, meditative readings and
play live harp music. As you move from the day's busyness to calm and deep
relaxation, your spirit will be nurtured. You will experience a musical
journey, focusing on self-care and your inner journey. You will leave the
session in a mellow state, ready for a good night's sleep … guaranteed!
